Yes. You do not need to diagnose anything. Describe what you are seeing and finding the root cause is our job.

How fast will you respond?

Rescue is our fastest lane. We prioritize emergencies and respond as quickly as we can, any day of the week including weekends. Site emergencies do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.

How does the $49 assessment work?

Accepted Answer

The $49 buys a specialist's time to diagnose the problem and quote the actual fix. The fix is priced separately, based on what we find, because an emergency can be anything from a 30-minute config fix to a multi-day rebuild. If you go ahead with the fix, the $49 is credited in full to the fix quote. If you decide not to proceed, $49 covers the assessment work and we part ways professionally.

Why $49 upfront? Why not just take a look first?

Because real emergencies need real attention, and diagnosis is real work. The $49 pays for a specialist's time to find the root cause and quote the actual fix. It also keeps the queue serious. No tire-kickers, no free-advice fishing, no "can you take a quick look" requests. If you go ahead with the fix, the $49 is credited in full.

Can you take a quick look first?

No. The $49 assessment is how we look. We do not run free triage. If your site is down right now and you need it fixed, that is what the assessment is for. If you are not ready to pay $49 to find out, this service is not the right fit.

Do you need access to my site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To diagnose and fix the problem we need WordPress admin access, and usually hosting or FTP access too. Once you start, we tell you exactly what is needed and how to share it safely.

What if I cannot give you full access?

Accepted Answer

We need what we need. WordPress admin is the minimum. Hosting, cPanel, FTP, or SFTP are often required to actually fix the problem. If access is partial or unavailable, we will tell you upfront what we can and cannot do. If the missing access blocks the fix entirely, the $49 assessment is refunded.

What if a plugin or theme vendor will not help?

Accepted Answer

We work around them where we can. If the root cause is in a third-party plugin or theme and the vendor needs to be contacted, you usually have to open the ticket yourself. Vendor support is gated to the licence holder, and we cannot pose as you for verification. We will draft the message, send the diagnostic detail, and stay on the case once they respond. Options if they go silent: replace the component with a working alternative, custom-patch the issue (if the licence allows), or roll back to a stable version. The path is agreed in writing before any work.

Do I need to contact my host, theme, or plugin vendor myself?

Often yes. Hosting, theme, and plugin support are tied to the account holder. We can guide you through what to ask, draft the messages, and follow up with the diagnostic detail once support replies. We cannot impersonate you or pass identity verification on your behalf. The faster you can get an answer from them, the faster the fix lands.

Do you handle white-label rescues for agencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are an agency and a client emergency lands on you, send it to us. Communication can stay under your brand if needed, credentials are shared via you, and we report back to you, not the end client. The $49 assessment and fix quote run the same way.

Do you handle confidential or NDA-class sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign reasonable NDAs before any access is shared. Credentials come through 1Password, never email or chat, and are never stored in plain text. Access is revoked the moment the fix is done unless you keep us on ongoing care.

Do you work on WordPress multisite or heavily custom builds?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Multisite (network) emergencies follow the same rescue flow. Heavily custom or bespoke-coded sites are fair game too, but the assessment may take longer because there is no off-the-shelf reference to compare against. We will tell you upfront if the diagnosis needs extra time.

What about abandoned themes or plugins?

If your site depends on an abandoned theme or plugin, the rescue still applies but the recommendation will likely be to migrate off it. We will document the risk and the path. A short-term patch is usually possible; a long-term answer is a replacement, often handled separately as a refresh or rebuild.

What if my site is running cracked or pirated plugins?

Accepted Answer

We do not work on sites running cracked, nulled, or pirated software. It is the most common source of malware infections and puts both your site and our work at legal risk. If you are willing to buy the official licence and switch to it, we can proceed. We will not buy licences on your behalf and there is no charge for the guidance to find the right one. If you are not willing to switch, the $49 is refunded and we part ways professionally.

When do I get the $49 back?

Accepted Answer

In three cases: (1) the issue turns out to be outside our scope and we cannot fix it, (2) required access is missing and the fix is blocked, or (3) we find cracked or pirated components and decline the work. In all other cases, the $49 is credited in full to the fix if you proceed, or kept as the cost of the assessment if you do not.

Will my site go offline during the fix?

No. We stabilize the site first and handle every change safely, avoiding downtime wherever possible.

What if the issue comes back?

Accepted Answer

We fix the root cause, not just the symptom, and stabilize the setup so the same failure does not return.

My site is hacked. Is that this service?

Accepted Answer

We will stabilize and rescue it here. A deep malware clean and blacklist removal is handled by Malware Removal, which has its own pricing and scope. If the assessment confirms an active infection, we route you there and the $49 is credited toward the Malware Removal fix.

What if my site cannot be recovered?

Accepted Answer

It is rare, and it almost always comes down to having no backup. Even then, the assessment tells you exactly what went wrong and your real options, including a clean rebuild. It is why a backup plan matters.
