Most transfers complete inside 1 to 3 business days once payment clears. Push between registrars is the fastest route. If you need a different registrar than ours, allow 5 to 7 days for the full transfer authorisation cycle.

What is the refund policy?

Domain sales are final once the transfer authorisation begins. We follow the standard DNStars and ICANN policies for transfers in progress. If something goes wrong before transfer starts, payment is refunded in full.
